Your help is greatly needed with the following events that we are running over the next few months;

*     Saturday March 14th from 9am– Setup for Encourage ODE (contact Sarah Jane Jameson)

*     Sunday March 15th – Running of Encourage ODE (contact Sarah Jane Jameson)

*     Friday March 20th from 4:30pm – ODE Working Bee & BBQ Tea (contact Mark Jakeway)

      There will be a list of jobs to be completed. Please bring tools; pruning shears, trimmers, whipper snippers, shovels, rakes, pliers, wire cutters, sharp knife. And a few drinks for afterwards

*     Friday April 3rd from 9am – Setup for ODE (contact Mark Jakeway)

      Jobs are erect dressage arenas, erect show jumping course & bunting, flag cross country course & bunting, prepare canteen, prepare toilets, prepare club rooms, outline car parking area, prepare competitors bags, etc

*     Saturday April 4th - Running of ODE  (contact Mark Jakeway)

      We need Marshals, Gear Checkers, Runners, Parking Assistants, Canteen Staff, BBQ Cooks, etc

*     Sunday April 5th – Running of ODE  (contact Mark Jakeway)

      We need Marshals, Gear Checkers, Runners, Parking Assistants, Canteen Staff, BBQ Cooks, CROSS COUNTRY JUMP JUDGES

*     April 15th & 16th (Wednesday & Thursday) – Eventing Clinic

      We need to run the canteen
